Foreclosure:
Foreclosure and Bankruptcy can often go hand in hand. The bank may attempt to collect any deficiency as a result of the foreclosure. Therefore, it is imperative that you deal with the foreclosure as quickly as possible to determine your options; for instance, short sale, deed in lieu, loan modification etc. Once the foreclosure process starts, you should contact an attorney immediately as action is required shortly thereafter.
